Return & Refund Process
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your purchase is eligible for a return or exchange, please make sure that you follow the steps below to start the return process.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Ship it back
The following does not apply to the sale of digital products. If you purchased a digital product or service, please proceed to Step 3.
Please ship the item(s) back to Us. You are responsible for the cost and risk associated with shipping the returned item(s) so make sure you use a reliable shipping company. Ship the item you wish to return to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in transit, so please make sure you ask the shipping company for the proper tracking information when shipping your items. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Inspection & Refund
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will given via gift card sent to the email under your customer account. If you requested an exchange, we’ll ship the replacement item to your address within 24-48 hours of processing your return.
